With a newly available 280-hp 3.5-litre V6 engine, the 2010 Acura TSX V6 offers quicker acceleration and more engine refinement than the four-cylinder model, says Senior Editor, Paul Williams, but is its price too high, he asks? 
The new entry-level Mazda CX-7 GX is more affordable and economical than its turbocharged CX-7 stable-mates but loses some of its sportiness, says Editor-in-chief, Greg Wilson. More importantly, it's up against some stiff competition in its class, he notes. 
A worldwide jury, including Assistant Editor Jil McIntosh, has named the Jaguar XF the 2010 Women's World Car of the Year. She finds the supercharged XFR model does double duty as a luxury vehicle and as a seriously capable sports-minded sedan. 
"Larger in every direction," the new Legacy sedan "translates into a more comfortable car for everyone involved," says Contributing Editor, Chris Chase. But in moving into the mainstream, the Legacy has left behind some of its driver-oriented appeal, he notes.

While the Saab 9-3's dependability is iffy, especially where the car's electronics are concerned, a newer model with some of the factory warranty left "happens to be a screaming-good used-car deal at the moment," says Contributing Editor, Chris Chase. 
"Nearly 20 years after these cars first hit the streets, they still boast that exotic car look with performance to boot," says contributor, Jeff Burry. The NSX also proved reliable, "not a word usually associated with exotic automobiles," he notes. 
Italy's most famous people's car was the Fiat "Topolino," a.k.a Little Mouse or Mickey Mouse. "Although it was aimed at the masses, it was probably the world's first truly refined minicar," says auto historian, Bill Vance.
