Our little buddies over at the National Hookers Travel Safely Administration are proposing that they be given the authority to make “noncontroversial rules” the law of the land without public comment. Who decides which rules are noncontroversial? NHTSA, that's who. You know what? Why not. Nobody likes having to get permission.

Traverse City's own Pikes Peak daredevils, LoveFab, are heading back to Pikes Peak. The car they will drive is loosely based on an Acura NSX, but it will sport a Chevy ...
