The next-generation Camaro will be built in the Lansing, Mich., plant that currently makes the Cadillac ATS and CTS.

I'm Jake, here with a Thursday edition of Autoweek TV. Let's get to today's car news:

The Chevy Camaro is coming back to the United States. GM on Wednesday said it will move production of the Camaro from Oshawa, Ontario, to Lansing, Mich. The Lansing plant is the same one that now builds the rear-drive Cadillac ATS and CTS.

The move will take place in 2015, which will coincide with the launch of a redesigned Camaro.
