Porsche has unveiled a new version of the Cayenne, the Turbo S. It gets a formal debut at the Los Angeles auto show in late November and goes on sale next March. The new Cayenne runs a lightly modified version of the Turbo's 4.8-liter V8, the same engine used by the Panamera Turbo S.
