I'm Andy, working off the afterglow of Columbus Day with a Tuesday episode of Autoweek TV. Here's what's making news:
Sales of the Leaf are falling short of Nissan's goals. So the automaker plans to roll out a lower-priced version early next year. The cheaper Leaf arrives along with a mild makeover for Nissan's electric car and a shift of production from Japan to Tennessee.
