	This week in Car Tech Wayne Cunningham CNET.com Garmin, TomTom concentrate on connected GPS GPS makers Garmin and TomTom both released photos and specifications about their latest flagship models this week, and both rely heavily on data connections for services such as traffic and weather. The Garmin NuLink 1695 uses a 5-inch screen and gives buyers one year of its NuLink data service. The NuLink store lets users purchase additional apps.
