The toast of the town Toasters still top toaster ovens when it comes to making toast—and a new Calphalon model raises the bar even higher. But some toaster ovens were almost as capable in our toasting tests and proved very good at baking and broiling. Activity trackers cover more than just steps These devices are like upgraded pedometers that can also count calories burned, and many measure sleep quality and calorie intake. Some display your progress in real time, and all can show it later on a smart phone, tablet, or computer.

Tackle the job of fall cleanup Now's the time to get your lawn in shape for next spring, and the right tools will make the work that much easier. A treadmill desk lets you walk while you work Sitting for extended periods is bad for your health, even if you exercise regularly at other times during the day.
