Hey, I'm Mark Vaughn, Autoweek's West Coast guru, flown in special to Detroit to give you all the details on day 2 of the Detroit auto show for Autoweek TV.

The press preview in Detroit is into its final lap. So here's a look at some of the major debuts.

Audi peppered its stand with two new high-performance vehicles. For the car fans, there is the RS7, which packs a twin-turbo V8 and a top speed of 190 mph.

And for crossover fans, there's the SQ5 with a supercharged V6 and 354 hp.

Volkswagen previewed a new seven-passenger SUV with the CrossBlue concept. When it hits the streets next year, the SUV will use the Passat's platform and be built in Tennessee. It will replace the Routan minivan.
