The U.S. government has now set final rules that will boost fuel economy regulations to 54.5 mpg by 2025. And for at least one carmaker CEO, that means the current glory days for big V8s are coming to an end. Chrysler and Fiat CEO Sergio Marchionne says the new fuel economy rules will make cars with big V8s "as rare as white flies." That's not-so-great news for fans of cars such as...
