When the Porsche Panamera finally arrived in our garage, staff opinions differed substantially on the design. Some felt the proportions were off, and it looked wrong. Another strain of thought likened it to classic Jaguar and Renault cars. But looks aside, we all agreed it was a great to drive. Porsche engineering is unique, and managed to get excellent driving dynamics out of a four seat hatchback. Its weight is low for a flagship sedan, but its fuel economy is reasonable. Even its cabin tech, something for which Porsche isn't known, proved to be very good.
