An all-new VW Touareg hybrid will join the V6 gas and diesel models for the 2011 model year, reports Editor-in-chief, Greg Wilson. All 2011 Touaregs will have better fuel economy, improved driving dynamics, and more interior room, he says. 
With an EcoBoost engine providing V8 power with V6 economy, the 2010 Lincoln MKT feels quick and has "agile handling that belies its heft," says Contributing Editor Chris Chase. "Most surprising about the MKT is its affinity for the twisties." 
At $144,000, the Lexus LS600h L will "find a home in only the most exclusive driveways," says Senior Editor Paul Williams, but this hybrid comes with almost everything: V8 power, all-wheel drive, and even a reclining ottoman seat. 
Contributor Russell Purcell knows sports cars, so when he says the 2010 Nissan 370Z offers "stunning performance," you should listen. An MSRP priced several thousand dollars under the last generation makes it an excellent value in its category, he adds. 
The Terrain doesn't drive large, which is a good thing, says James, who goes on to praise its handling. Less praiseworthy are the noisy, underpowered engine and brakes that require too much pedal pressure for confident stopping power.
